Our Bed and BreakfastWhether you're visiting Canada's national capital for business or pleasure, the Alexander House is a delightfull, inviting 1930s Arts and Crafts Bed and Breakfast, featuring the warmth and charm of a bygone era with stained glass windows, gleaming hardwood floors and oak woodwork. We are centrally located in Ottawa's heritage area - Sandy Hill, just a short walk to downtown, the University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, the Byward Market and most major attractions. Our three elegant, non-smoking, guest rooms, each with an ensuite or private bath, offer central air conditioning, cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and ceiling fans.
